Can i build my milk up??

i had to go back to work and three feeds a day my baby got formula,it was for around three weeks...i have now decided to not work and stay home, i was wondering if i can build my milk up and just breast feed again? my baby is four months old...

Feed as often as your baby wants to and in between express, i used a manual pump but have been told that electric ones are better. Contact your local breastfeeding assoc and they will give you all the help and support you will need. Good luck, i hope it works

if you drink plenty of fluid water etc, and allow the baby to suckle as much as he likes, yes it will build up your brest milk

it between feed pump as much as you can for a few days it will gradually build up good luck

Yes! A friend of mine successfully built up her milk supply after partial weaning.

Sucking stimulates milk supply, so encourage your baby to suck frequently.

Contact the breastfeeding association and they will be able to put you in touch with a lactation consultant. She will be able to offer more specific advice.
