Can i burn rented dvds?

Question

for personal use. Are there any programs say at like an electronics store i can buy? I won't download free ones. Can i burn and copy rented dvds without worrying about breaking the law?

If you copy a copyrighted movie, you are breaking the law. What you do is up to you.

There are a few software available that you can download for free but you'll have to wait on a Windows person to tell you more. I work on Macs.

Yes, you can, although it is illegal since you don't actually own the dvd. But what's wrong with free ripping software?
