Can i bury kitchen waste directly into my garden soil , without using waste decomposing box ?

yes you can. Just make sure you do it deep enough and cover it with plenty of dirt so that the smell of rotting kitchen scraps doesn't attract rats or mice or encourage the local dogs to dig it up.
