  1. you can buy them in mexico but they are not for sail in the states i believe

  3. Currently it is illegal to sell Cuban cigars in the US.  You can get them in Canada and Mexico, as well as Jamaica, etc.  A lot of the individuals I know buy Dominican's as they are generally a lot better cigar.

  4. no its illegal...  and you can probably buy it at the black market
