Will use GSM service from Local Operator.

Typically you need a data plan from your mobile phone service provider to get network access.  Do you get internet on your phone or pda?

I don't know what country you are from, but here in the US, a data plan is usually $60/month more than just a voice plan (less if just your phone has internet, but that would not allow connecting a computer).
