Can i buy Home in USA???

ciao, I'm Italian. If I buy a house in USA do I receive the green card? can I any way move my residence in USA? thanks

  1. The previous answer from marwan3ms is wrong.

    You do not need a green card to buy a house in the United States.  Many non-citizens have houses here.  Some people buy apartments or houses that they use when the visit or do business in this country.

    So, you can buy a house if  you want.  However, buying a house will not make any difference in whether you get a green card.  You need to apply just like everyone else.

  2. Buying a house is not a problem.  Property ownership does NOT qualify you to emigrate to the U.S.  I suggest you go here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis and click on the "Permanent residence (green card)" button on the left.  They have all the answers.
