Can i buy a Mobile phone in duty free shops at London Heathrow Airport? ?

Yep and they have Curry's Digital which sell lots of mobile phone's too.  You'll just need your boarding pass, and because they don't have the 18% VAT tax, will be much cheaper than buying outside the airport.

At heathrow airport everything 10% cheaper,am sure 100% I always do compare the prices between London and Heathrow airport, but you must make sure that the mobile phone is available there on not

Don't know about any other mobile shops, but there is a Nokia shop in T5.
