Can i buy a domain name and use my current Piczo site?

Question

i'v just started out as a self employed driving instructor, and designed a pretty good website on piczo.com but i want to change the name to something easier to remember when people passing and see the website on the car (i know u can change the name of the site on the piczo for free, but it then stops all the links to it anyway, and u have to advertise with the new links, so i thought if i was gonna be messing about with that, then i might as well pay the small price for a domain name and get rid of the word piczo too, just to make it easier to remember)

i just want to know if its possible, before i have to build my website again with the hosting sites i have come accross that u can use for the domain name, as i'd prefer not to if i dont have to

I will be leaving the old website with a link to the new site incase anyone clicks on a new site

use 301 redirection to old to new domain if you've got back links for your site.so you will not loose any credits.

otherwise start with new domain and get the proper content for visitors and search engines so this will be better for your site.

I'd like to suggest following steps to get quick index in search engines.

1) Use Fresh and Quality content in your web pages

2) Submit your sitemap.xml in google webmaster account

3) add your URL once in Google

4) Submit your site in high traffic social bookmarking places

5) point your link in high ranking Forums with your signature or homepage like Sitepoint, digitalpoint, seochat etc.

6) point your link in your high traffic Blogs

7) make a very good your blogs with interesting and unique content in wordpress, livejournal. for more benifits.

Use proper seo techniques for off page optimization of  your site with targeted keywords.

like do keyword research

use quality content with your keyword, don't stuffing keywords in your index page but you can use 5 to 6 times which are the important keywords and which peoples are using in search engines.

get the strong back links from social book marking, article submissions, blog submissions, Directory and free classifieds submissions.
