  1. This will  not work on a Tracfone no matter what carrier you have. You will get some sort of sim error.  An out of the box unmodified Tracfone will only work with a Tracfone sim. You would need to have the phone unlocked or find out how to unlock it. I don't know if there is any documentation on unlocking the phone online.  


  2. iIm not sure. i know that if you have ATT and you get a ATT GoPhone it would work but i dont know about tmobile maybe if you got a tmobile tracphone it would work but definitely not in any other kinda tracphone
