Can i buy clinique products at Macy's if..

I have a money Certificate/Giftcard-paper? My cousin bought me jewelry at Macy's and i didn't like it and they gave me my money back but only in a Reciept but it had money on it and it will never go bad if i don't use the Money/Reciept paper. So since Clinique is in Macy's and it was a Macy's Money/Reciept-paper would i be able to purchase my make up there?
