Not in the US as far as I know. Antibiotics should be taken only when it is prescribed to prevent overuse and antibiotic resistance.

Not PCN intended for human consumption, but you can get PCN for farm animals, at a farm implement store. The difference is that the PCN for farm animals is inject-able, and the dosage isn't exactly straight forward, for conversion to human beings. It is still PCN, and will work just as well as the tablets you get from a pharmacy, which requires a prescription, you just have to figure out how much to give yourself, and be willing to give yourself an intramuscular injection. If you don't know what you are doing you could really make things worse instead of better. So I don't reccomend doing this, but it is possible. If you are sick, go to the doctor and get some help.
