Can i buy products from another site and resell them without a lisence ?

i want to start my own business but i dont know if i need a lisences to do this. i went to a site where they sell things in bulk for a certain price. i want to know if i need a lisece to buy them and resell them for my own price to other stores in my area.

You'll need to get a sales tax permit, and register your business with your local government. It's not hard to do at all. The specifics vary a lot by location, so research your local business laws, usually by going to the website for the chamber of commerce for your city. After that, as long as you keep track of your sales and pay your taxes, you're free to buy and sell as you please. :)
