Can i buy thigs online with an american express gift card?and can they be refilled?

i wanna buy something online and i was gonna buy a greendot/visa pre-paid card from cvs but i was getting charged an extra ten bucks to buy it so i didnt and then i thought about buying an american express gift card to buy something online, will it work for online purchase? and can it be refilled...thanx

It will work like a credit card as far as online purchasing goes.

I don't know if it can be refilled or not. Call and ask them or check out the cited source below.
