Read your contract.  Most tickets sold these days are "non refundable" and non modifiable.   But check anyway.

This will depend on the condition mentioned on your ticket. If you were offered a cheaper class then they usually they would have restrictions on refund or totally not refundable. So make sure you check your ticket class.

Chances are that you can't.  Unless you paid for a full fare ticket, which is rare unless you are traveling last minute or specifically requested an "unrestricted" ticket, it is nonrefundable and subject to change fees.

You can check your receipt or eTicket for the fare class.  Assuming it is an economy ticket, if the fare class is anything other than "Y", it is probably nonrefundable.  You can change the travel date, subject to a change fee and difference in ticket price.  This can run anywhere from $50 to several hundreds of dollars, depending on when you reschedule.
