Can i cancel my gym membership if i tell them im underage?

i want to cancel my gym membership and im underage, if i tell the gym im underage will they cancel it? The employee knew i was underage but signed me up anyway and lied about my age saying im 22.

i dont know but you shouldnt have lied and that gym shouldnt have let you sign up. but other than that you should honor your commitment.

I agree. You committed to a contract, you should finish it out.  Lying about things don't get you far in life, I promise.  It is your responsiblity, it wouldn't be right to back out of it.  May not be what you want to hear, but it is the truth.

I would just try to caancel it because if he already knows your underage they wouldn't cancel it for any other reason.
