Can i carry on an antique telephone on a plane?

I flew up to seattle and stopped at an antique store and walked out with an antique phone.

do you think the TSA woulddisapprovee carrying on an antique phone?

i don't want to check it because I'm sure it will be damagedd.

and i don't want to ship it, takes too long.

  1. As long as the phone isn't large or contains any sharp/foreign objects, it's fine to go with you as a carry-on.


  2. Okay, so you bought an antique phone. How big is the phone? How precious is it? Does it have sharp objects? There should be no problem bringing it in as long as there's nothing on that phone that could be harmful to the passengers in any way.
