  1. of course you can. ive done it many, many times. however, for bigger bass i would reccommend a lure or rubber worm.

  2. Yes, nightcrawlers are good.

  3. Yes you can catch bass on worms I use nightcrawlers all the time I don't like using anything else and let me tell you what I caught the biggest catfish with nightcrawlers worms are the best and I like the way they wiggle just before you jab the hook through them.

  4. Yeah, worms are good for any freshwater fishing.

  5. The answer is yes. there is an upside to using worms: you never know what you could catch. ive caught bass, catfish, bluegill, crappie, carp, snakes, turtles, gar, and shad all on earth worms. i once caught 22 largemouth bass in one day by using worms. it was on a private lake, but it proves my point.

  6. Yes I have seen it done. If it looks tasty they eat it.

  7. You can. Also try little pieces of cut up fish(chum).Throw a small amount of dry oatmeal in the water where you fish.

  8. absolutely. some of the biggest bass ever caught were on live worms. i recommend getting the Louisiana Pinks, Flat tails, or the Red Wigglers. these also work great for catfish, bream, bluegill, crappie, perch, shad, gar, turtles, eels, mudfish, and just about all other freshwater fish.
