Can i change 3 dollars for golden dollers at the bank?

you can maybe go to a federal reserve bank and see where about you can find the golden dollars. other than that they are probably in collectors hands and they will want more that three dollars for them..

An once of gold is $930.00 plus or minus a few dollars.  You won't get much for 3 dollars.
