HI EVERYONE...I have a question....

okay...so I am getting a new phone in the next week or so and I have a verizion wireless phone but they do not seem to sell iphones and I know at&t has a 5 year contract with apple...so is there any way that I can buy a iphone from at&t but have the phone bill and everything else like that be put on verizion?

I do not know if that makes perfect sense and if it doesn't you can tell me on a response and I will try to reword it better...THANK YOU!

  1. No, you can't use the same phone for service from another company.

  2. You spelt Verizon wrong and the answer is no. Those phones are two different technologies. Verizon is a CDMA (no sim card) and At&t is GSM (sim card) it won't work. It's like trying to watch a VHS on a DVD player. Parts don't fit and it won't read it. Sorry.

I work for a cell phone company, that's how I know. The towers will not pick up the signal. There is no way it will work. CDMA uses ESN numbers on the phone to identify it on its network. GSM uses the SIM card to Identify it. So you can use any unlocked GSM phone for AT&T and T-Mobil, but you can't do it for Verizon, Alltel and other CDMA carriers. This would be completely impossible.

  3. Verson should have i-phones.. just ask them.. and no you can not get at&t phone and but it in verson.. you gotta get a verison phone....

it supid, but that what they make you do..
