Can i change item location on Ebay?

hi i want to sell something on ebay.uk with the item location in UK but i live in canada. i don't know if thats allowed or does my paypal account take the gbd?

You will be able to edit the item location under your listing.It would be no different than if your parents/friends were wanting you to advertise something for them, but they lived elsewhere.
