Can i change my belly button ring yet?

I got my belly button pierced on april 1st and its not red and looks really good but i dont know how long i should leave it in fpr

  1. Do you have the number of the person who gave it to you or the place you got if from? You could call them up and ask.


  2. I changed mine after 2 weeks! :) just disinfect the new one and do it quick! :)  

  3. at 6 months you will be able to change it. i wouldn't change it to soon cause it might get infected... it take 6months to a yr to fully heal.

    i had mine done and i waited a yr cause i didn't want it to get infected or anything and mine been fine its going to be on 2 yrs and its still great i don't have no problems or anything.

  4. from what i know...

    the normal healing time takes anywhere from 4-6 months, and depends on a few factors: how healthy you are in terms of healing rate, the amount of fat in the area, how big the jewelry is,  and WHERE on the belly button you were pierced.

    i know you want to change it out, but i really don't suggest it...it's too risky. if you really want it bad, however, go talk to your/a (if you didn't do it yourself) piercer...and he/she should tell you, or switch it out for you. i hope this helps!
