Can i change my course for anotehr one at the same uni before the year starts?

Its just i am down to do animal management at HND level but want to go into teaching and would like to study media at Ba Honors i got offered a place for this course unconditional but rejected as i wanted to do animal management. it is available in clearing still would i be able to swap my course before the start of the year in september?

There is an add/drop period after each semester begins during which you can switch you classes as you see fit without financial penalty.
