Can i change my name on my birth certificate?

they made a mistake on my birth id.

I'm Spanish and my middle name is Jacovich but on the certificate is says Yacovich but the J makes the Y sound and well yeah, you get the point.

so how much is it?

and where can i go for this?

You would have to go to court to legally change your name.

I don't know how much it cost.

But, then you have to explain all the billing companies you name change to change accounts.
