Can i change my university in second year engineering?

i am alloted very far from my home.so i wanted to score this year and change to my home university.plz answer me any possible way.

Yes.  Apply to the university you want to attend.  If they do admit you, they may only credit you with 50% of what you've studied so far.  If they don't admit you, try enrolling under a "letter of permission", whereby courses you take at the local university show up on the distant university's transcript, and your degree is awarded by the distant university.

Yes, it's possible.

Be very careful, though, about making sure that your credits will transfer to the new university, otherwise you will need to repeat classes. Unfortunately, the kind of credits that often don't transfer well are those like Psych 101 or English Lit.
