Can i change the frets on my acoustic?

I have to ask WHY you want to change the frets.  Are they worn out?  If that is the case then take it to a Lutire and have them do it... the frets are just made from WIRE.. during the building of a guitar they have the wire on a spoon and the fret board slots already  routed out... they just pull a wire into place and snip it off and repeat it 12 or 14 or 20 times then smooth off the ends when they finish off the fretboard.

I don't believe you need to if you usa a capo?

yes you can, but don't attempt to do it yourself. It is a highly skilled job and unless your guitar is worth at least as much as the repair job, then replace it
