Can i clean out my rabbit's cage if she's pregnant?

well I have two bunnies, a girl and a boy and they have been together for 2 months already and the girl bunny was pulling her fur and making a nest in their little box. is it okay if i clean her cage but not the box where she built her nest? and also I'll separate the boy soon so you don't need to make any comments about that.

It is best not to disturb the bunny or it may eat the young rabbits. And the kittens (young rabbits) will probably be a different colour :)

yes change it just as usual but more often so it wont be disturbed after babes come and yes not unusual for multi colors in some breeds

Yes you can clean it. And yes the bunnies probly will be diffrent colors.
