Can i combined driveway drainage outlet to my pond overflow pipe?

Depends on the size of the outlet if it's only a small overflow then in sudden downpour it may not take it and the pond may flood , into you know where and leave saturated ground .Keep it seperate mate , sounds risky .

Depends on the volumes involved really. As you increase the potential drain area you need to increase the size of the run off. I assume that the drain off from the drive will not enter the pond !! other wise you may end up with contaminated water i.e. oil and debris from car washing, in the pond.
