No you cannot get visit visa for UAE ,if company has imposed one year immigration ban on you.

is it a labor ban or an immigration ban? if its a labor ban, you can enter the uae after the ban is lifted, usually 6 months. or you can return under husband's visa or under you parents' visa. if its an immigration ban (usually imposed on employees/residents who commit crimes or directly violated the law), you cannot enter the uae again.
