Can i come here again in sasudi Arabia through another Visa Without NOC from current Sponsor?

More over my subject question, Some of my friends come here again through another VISA after Exit from current sponsor. Somebody saying that Saudi Consulate In Inida officially implimeted.

In this regard, any body can help me to know the fact.

As of now, either you have to have NOC or you have to complete one year before you can again on a new employment visa.
