Can i come on new visa to saudi arabia even if i dont have NOC ?

Question

i am a Pakistani National and working currently in an insurance company in saudi arabia and need to know if i left this job and go back to my countary on exit visa. I also have another offer from different company and are giving me visa and to get visa they need my current passport number. Kindly let me know if i go on exit from my current employer without NOC, so will i be able to come back on new visa provided by new company with old passport number. I mean to say Saudi embassy will still ask me NOC or they can just stamp visa without NOC or not. Or do i need to get new passport to stamp visa.

wat a pitty !! I am suffering from the same situation ... i came back in the end of june 2008 assuming the clause 83 of labour law that says that there is no req of NOC ... but the embassy here in ISB is still asking for that and my previous employer is not giving me NOC. so I am here with all that suffering .... problem is that old employers do not let the people grow ... try to get some legal assistance from within KSA... if you get some breakthrough .. please let me know too.

.....yes NOC is no longer required as long as you left the previous employer on exit visa. NOC is not required anymore for you to come back as long as you have a new visa to a new company......
