I strongly suggest the XLR adapters from juicedLink or BeachTek... You can go cheap and try just getting an XLR to 1/8" jack tail - but this is not recommended.

Little Dog pretty much gave you what you need to know, so I'll just expand on it....just cuz.

Since the GL2 does not have XLR terminals, you'll need an XLR adapter, so you have 2 options:

1) the cheapo XLR female to mini-male cable for $20

2) pro quality Beachtek adatper with two balanced XLR channels for $180

First there's the cables: Nice and cheap. May be a good option. Supposedly they aren't as good with audio quality, but I haven't really noticed this too too much. They are also for 1 channel. Not 2. Having 2 channels is useful cuz sometimes you need more than 1 mic. They are also unbalanced and cannot accept Phantom powered mics

IMPORTANT: If you do get the cable, be careful: the cable can produce a lot of weight on the flimsy mini-jack and strain it, potentially damaging the audio board. To prevent this, use a velcro tie and attach the XLR cable to the GL2's top handle to take the strain off the mini-jack

PRO AUDIO ADAPTERS:

Much better quality. Offers 2 balanced channels and phantom power.  Look at the BEACHTEK DXA-2S, and I believe Canon makes one too, the CANON MA-300.

IMPORTANT (2): If you get the $20 cable, AND the Sennheiser ME66, make sure you get the ME66/K6 and NOT the ME66/K6P. What's the difference? The K6 is phantom/ battery powered and the K6P is ONLY Phantom powered, meaning it won't work on the XLR female to mini-male cable. So remember: ME66 with the K6 power pack= good
