Each speaker output needs to have a load on it. If you can't put a speaker on them put an appropriate value (4, 6 or 8 Ohm) 50 Watt resistor on those that have no speaker. The resistors may get hot so mount them where they wont cause damage.

You cannot connect two speaker outputs to the same speaker.  If you only have two speakers, you can use two speaker outputs and leave the others disconnected.  You don't have to bother with resistors; no modern head unit requires a load on the speaker output.
