Can i connect to my dish cable to computer?

i am living in saudi arabia here haven't Cable tv only Dish , i have already a Dish connection , i want watch my dish programs on my compter , i know tv tuner card connecting but i have one prblm how can get in mycomputer PAYCHANELS (espn, starsports, etc)................. can i connect to my computer

You take the S output from the satellite STB and connect it to the PC tuner card. If the PC's tuner card only has a coaxial input, then you need a different tuner card.
