Can i consider my mexico fender sambora series an original fender?

It's a Fender, just a Mexican Fender. Don't get too hung up on that, I've played Mexican Fenders that sounded and played better than some American Fenders. I play a Mexican Tele because it was the best playing/sounding Tele in the store regardless of where it was made. That's the thing about guitars, no 2 are the same.

I don't think you can.  There's a huge price difference between the Japanese made, Mexican made, and American made Fenders for a reason.  There is also a huge difference in the quality and workmanship.
