  1. of course.  Just make sure it doesn't get left in the sun before you eat it.  If you can put it in the fridge that would be best.  But I have eaten a sandwich like that made in the morning and left out in an air conditioned  room til lunch time.  I don't like cold food, and I leave most of my food out an hour or two before I eat it.  (meats, sandwiches, etc.....not yogurt or cottage cheese type foods.)

  2. As long as you keep it cold it will be fine.

  3. Yeah, that should be fine.

You can also cook it the night before, refrigerate it overnight, and then make it into salmon sandwiches in the morning, with cucumber and lettuce or rocket (rucola), a little lemon juice and a little black pepper.  Yum!

  4. Jose,

I think the ideal way for you to avoid food borne illness would be for you to freeze a bottle of water or juice (7/8 full) tonight and pack it with your lunch.  Your salmon will stay cool enough to stay out of the most dangerous temperature zone 70*-100* and your drink will thaw slowly throughout the day when stored at room temperature.  Remember food borne organisms multiply especially fast from 70* to 100*, so chill quickly after cooking, and keep as cold as you can.

You might consider cooking the salmon tonight, wrapping it well, and putting a good chill on it overnight, then packing it with a frozen bottle.

You'll have a slushy drink and safe to eat salmon.  Remember hot air rises and cool air falls, so put the salmon at the bottom of your lunch sack and the cold bottle on top.

    Enjoy your salmon!

  5. As long as you refrigerate it or keep it cool, then reheat as needed.

  6. As long as you keep it EITHER hot OR cold.  I would not package it up hot and let it get room temp and sit there for 6 hours, then eat it.  Or you would get sick!

Cook it now, chill it, and keep your lunch ina fridge or keep the fish in a thermos (insulated) jar, or ice chest, until you eat it.
