Can i courier my dads passport to saudi arabia?

the govt are asking for his old passport, so can i courier that i asked dtdc but they said no, ne more ideas or option

I can't think why they would want his old passport. What I suggest is you take down the passport number, date applied for and where applied for, then send that to your dad, that should be sufficient.

DHL  or   UPS  much better in reliability  an old expired  passport  has no value   but good for cloning
