Can i cut my one year olds hair with clippers?

i don't think so but i am not sure and his 1st b day is tomarrow

Sure you can. You just need to figure out how to get him to hold still. We give our son licks from a sucker. Works like a charm.

Yup, we do it with our boys. (12 months and 2 years)  Although, the 12 month old doesn't have much hair to cut :)  We trimmed down his "duck tail" to even out his hair (or lack thereof).

I'd be shocked if he sits still and doesn't scream. But you can try and see for yourself. I never could with mine

I put mine in his high chair with some ice cream, cake or some other rare sweet treat and work fast!

The hair is so fine it will probably pull. a"trim" with fingers and scissorss would work better. Also the sound of clippers might scare him.
