Can i cut penile frenulum at home?

hi, im uncircumcised and want to know if it is possible to cut your own frenulum at home? if i was to do this would it bleed much? has anyone else ever done this? i really want to cut it as i dont like the look of it and it makes my urine stream spray every where because it pulls my urethra opening too tight when i retract my f******n to urinate. would it be ok to cut it myself?

90% of idiots on here think he's trying to curcumsize himself, he's asking about his frenulum which IS possible to cut at home if he ties it.
