  1. try kiwis; i think they last longer!  or pineapple slices/rings!

  2. Bananas will turn brown- but you could experiment with dipping them in lemon juice, ditto apple wedges.

Peach slices would work well if you can find good ripe peaches-

But a sure bet are small bunch-lets of grapes, any color will do since the cake is white.

Cut a little branch of 4 to 5 grapes with scissors and be sure to trim off any stems that no longer connect to fruit.

    Lots of luck-

  3. can you go buy straw berries?

well i don't see why the bananas would change color... :/

    What about blue-berries?

  4. Cherries just go to the shop and get strawberries ?

  5. yeah bananas would make it look good and u can add up some jam 2

  6. If there's no bananas in the cheesecake, it doesn't make sense to me to decorate w/ bananas.  And yes, you could rinse them w/ lemon juice to prevent browning, but still....

How about shaved white chocolate curls?  Warm up chocolate in your hand, then use a veggie peeler and make curls.

Or, dust w/ powdered sugar on top.  Something simple.

  7. Cut you bananas in the desired length you want them ahead of time. Then lightly brush on lemon juice from a fresh lemon or out of a jar. This will keep the banana from turning brown and looking like your cat got loose and theres Tooties Rolls on the cake. Then sprinkle a little granulated surgar on the bananas to sweeten them up a bit.

  8. Bananas will turn brown if they're exposed to the air for a certain amount of time.

Besides, a WHITE chocolate cheese cake wouldn't look good with a basically WHITE piece of banada on it. :)

I think strawberries would be the best, but since you don't have any, you could use apple slices, instead (but keep in mind that they, too, turn brown).

  9. that sounds good. I wish you were my mommy.

  10. they will turn brown after few hours then get slimy

  11. You MUST use an acid type of juice from lemon, orange, etc. to dip the banana slice in to prevent browning or worse blackening.

  12. bananas will work but don't put them on to soon before  you serve the cake because bananas turn brown very quickly.
