Can i defuse destiny end dragoon with defusion?

Question

Since DHERO Plasma and DHERO Dogma can only be special summoned by 3 tributes can i still defuse D End Dragoon into those two monsters even though they have their required summoning requirements

you can but you won't be able to summon d-hero dogma or d-hero plasma with defusion's effect. if you defuse dragoon, it will just go back to the fusion deck. both plasma and dogma say "this card cannot be special summoned except...". if the text for a monster says that, it can only be special summoned from the hand. so even if you summoned dogma or plasma by tributing 3 monsters, you can't bring them back from the graveyard

Yes, you can defuse it, however, the monsters will not be summoned.

Both plasma and dogma are "nomi" as in they can only be summoned through their own effect. All nomi monsters contain the text, "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by..."

You can defenitely defuse it, but the fusion material monsters will not be special summoned since they cannot be summoned except by their effects. It will just return to the fusion deck.
