Can i delete all AccReadr files from my computer?

Question

I dont have accelerated reader in my programs...but there are alot of folders with alot of other folders using space are they safe to delete.They say Acc reader data and AccReadr. I really need to free up some SPace on my hard drive.

np but accrobat wont work i guess
