Can i delete my yahoo e-mail and make the same exact one over again?

but i still want to have all the same people sending me e-mails like websites friends and stuff..or will all that stop

yes you can...but the problem is you cant create the same id coz yahoo will only delete it entirely within 90 days if im not mistaken,they will not delete it in their database immediately ..but if you waited after the period,yes you can....
