Can i delete or ban a yahoo groups owner?

I was originally the owner of a yahoo groups. then i gave it over to another key member but still maintained moderator rights. now the person is incapacitated... is it possible to get back the ownership from the person as a moderator with full rights?

  1. no if u r a moderator ...no u don possess the right to rule over the owner...


  2. it's not possible. someone who is the owner can only appoint what you're asking. only that person can appoint you more privs or appoint you owner- sorry
