Can i die from icy hot cream???!!! helpp?

Probably not. I would follow the recommended method and just follow the label. If you are in doubt, see a doctor!

No you can't...but son't use it that often and spread it over large areas. Try a product called Traumeel. Its Homeopathic, it works well, doesn't stink or have that burning sensation

No, you're not going to die.  I'm sure that was a little bit of dramatic hyperbole and not that you really wondered if it would kill you.

Did you read the label?  That's why it's there.  I have an Icy Hot stick, which said apply as necessary, but no more than 4 times a day.  So don't use it again until tomorrow.  Try a bag of ice in a dish towel.  That can be used as much as you can stand it.
