  1. If you have abnormal curvature of your spine it is probably not a good idea to try a back handspring.

However, if you are saying that you have a flexible back, then you still should not try a back handspring right away.

    Ask yourself the following questions:

    Can I do a bridge?

Can I do a back bend?

Can I do a back walkover?

Can I do a back limber?

Can I do a back handspring on a trampoline?

If the answer to all of those questions is yes, than you may want to have a friend or gymnastics teacher spot you while you attempt a back handspring.

  2. First u should try

    can i do a bridge?

can i do a back bend?

can i do a back walkover?

can i do a back limber?

can i do a back handspring on a trampoline?

cus that would be probably the easiest

have u got any friends who are good at gymnastics

or just go to a gymnastics club:D
