Can i do a restraining order online and to keep the father from my child and his crazy family?

the other mother of his two kids e-mails me under a different name and said she will kill my son she calls using names like"Jamie" Sarahand Nancy? I have nothing to do with the father of my child i tryed so my son can have a father but everytime Ray comes around he is high off coccaine and beers. then he takes her side and when he comes around me he covers it up and takes my side and said he wants to get away,Am i wrong to keep my one year olds father out of his life ?

You need to print out those emails and get yourself to the police station asap.  File a complaint then get to court & get a restraining order immediately.  You cannot do a restraining order online.  Please get going and do this right away.....Best of luck!!!

No, you cannot file a restraining order online. Are you receiving Child Support? If so, there are also visitation rights included in the order. If you can prove all the things about your ex (drugs and alcohol when visiting) then go through the court or call the police when he leaves your house.
