Yes you can do CA along with BTech but your articleship training timings should not clash with your regular college timing for B.Tech.

Of course you can do but nobody will suggest you to do that because don't take BTech so lightly. If you do anything except BTech you might fail in BTech. I know many people who failed BTech.
