Can i do genetic engineering?

i am bsc 2nd year student with maths,physics and computer science as subjects.can i do genetic engineering after graduation? if so then i want some details about it like what this course actually contains,it has any entrance exam,which universities from india contain this course,duration of course and it's scope.

Genetic Engineering mainly deals with genes & you are not having gene related subject in B.Sc.

first of all u r doin b.sc..

i really doubt if u could get into engineering after that..

although u can try msc in genetics..

many premier indian institutes provide that course like jnu,delhi and iisc, bangalore..

rest of crse u can find out on google any time..

but as far as the scope is concerned, as per my knowledge there's not much scope in india..

india can barely afford to invest into research and genetics is highly rsearch oriented..

however if u r ready to cross national boundares then it may be a gud option...
