Can i do online jobs with dynamic ip address.?

i have dynamic ip which changes last five digits of ip everytime i connect to internet. also tell is static ip address or non proxy server is mandatory for online jobs.

Most of them are scam.. they ask for upfront payment and guarantee that you'll cover it in days.. but then they disappear.. so as a thumb rul if any site asks for upfront payment or joining fees its a scam.

you can do transcription at least the web based ones should work.

you can try DDNS as an alternative.

this way you run a small client on your end which continuously updates your current ip for a given hostname.
