  1. NO ROTC gets their funds from the state and federal level for each person recruited at a college.

  2. Try calling your local  high school district and asking which school offers ROTC program.  Get a contact name and number.  Call the contact and talk to them, ok.  They may be able to answer several of your questions and provide you with some further career guidance.

  3. No you dumb pickle!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Yes you can.

    See the referenced articles.

You might also want to consider Civil Air Patrol (CAP).

You might have to do the J-ROTC through a local public school.

Forgot to add: I think you are "a smart pickle" and folks like me are very grateful to folks like you who are interested in serving our country.

Looks like Air Force is good to go.

  6. Not sure, but if you are interested in AF ROTC, then you might check out Civil Air Patrol.  I am  a current C/1Lt soon to become a C/Capt in CAP and I've enjoyed it a lot.

There is also Young Marines if you are under 18 (I think.  Several cadets we have had in our squadron were former YM's)

    Check out these links:

You might also want to find the link to your own state's (Wing's) website.  Here is Colorado's

  7. Yes you can. My daughter is taking the class and doing the afternoon program at our local high school. People should probably educate themselves before telling you otherwise.

  8. Yeah I think you could I dont see why you couldn't, I'm on the soccer team for the public school and I'm homeschooled. You need to talk to the Principal and councilor at the high school they can tell you everything you need to know.
